Wolds Way Lavender Railway 7 ¼ inch

First opened in 2005, the line was built to transport lavender from the fields to the lavender distillation plant, as well as an addiditional transportation method for visitors wishing to view the lavender farm. Trains run for 550 yards from Grosso Junction where the distillery is situated through lavender fields, running round a balloon loop, through a tunnel and over level crossings before returning to the station for trains to run round. Trains currently consist of a Roanoke petrol locomotive, with a Bagnall steam locomotive on display, and 2 sit-in carriages, in cream and purple livery.
